satourock was made on Feburary 5th of 2026. this song was my first actual song using a real daw. prior i had been experimenting with logicpro by making covers of vocaloid songs, but never actually making anything original on it. i had previously made songs on Jummbox but years ago. most of the song was inspired by "Trilium" by S3RL. i was also deeply inspired by goreshit and rory in the early 20s, as well as the anime happy sugar life. the anime girl voicelines are those of Satou Matsuzaka, who is the namesake of the song. i love satou matsuzaka very much and really wanted to make a song sampling her voicelines. the song also samples "Where is My Mind" by the Pixies, "She is Inside, He is Outside" by Mass of The Fermenting Dregs, and "Bonfire" by Childish Gambino. I absolutely love the Pixies so I was excited to sample them. The bridge of "She is Inside, He is Outside" has always been absolutely ASCENDING to me and I just loved it so much I needed to sample it. As has been said at least a million times about "Bonfire" the backing track is absolute shit from butt and Childish Gambino should've hit his producer with a steel pipe then fired him publicly after giving him such a terrible track to work with. Nonetheless the acapella is amazing. So I decided to sample it. This will become a very consistent pattern with my music, sampling Bonfire. satourock also briefly samples Carlito Brigante from the movie Carlito's Way. Most people know this quote as its used in (sic) by Slipknot. i, however, am not a man of culture. i know it from "TOOL" by Maretu. i also sample the bubble gum sound effect from earthbound. I had many problems while creating satourock, one of which being mixing. i eventually got pretty close to the sound i wanted and became happy with that. i wanted the song to sound very raw and scuffed yet still good in its own way. like the grunge of breakcore almost, lol. i think when things are too polished they lose their charm. i am very proud of this song, especially with it being my first. one of my most vivid memories when it comes to making this song is after i started the song, i excitedly went to my lunchtable at school for once and told my friends with stars in my eyes about how i was finally making an original song. and i also vividly remember how happy i was when i finally finished it and then exported it. that being said, it is clear how much joy and effort was put into this song. i skipped a lot of classes to work on this song. When making the cover, I was very inspired by 2020s glitchcore art, Rory in the early 20s but most of all Adult Swim. if you've followed my website for a long time you'd know that im very often inspired by adult swim and the aesthetics of it. this is something that has inspired a only few tracks, but every single trackcover and will continue to for the forseeable future. this song inspired my "rinrock" series, based on rin from togainu no chi. it is an album i am still currently working on, with each song being based off of a character from some media i enjoy. that is about all of my commentary. i hope you enjoy this song as much as i enjoyed making it.

childish gambino bussy isn't quite a shitpost, but it is definetely not quite serious. It was made on March 19th. i rarely make songs with inspiration in mind, but if i had to pin any inspiration to this track it would be Goreshit. looking back on it, this song does remind me of halleylabs, and i was also told its similar to 4lung. i admittedly am not the biggest fan of happy hardcore (can this song even be called that?) but i did have so so so so much fun making this song. this song samples Calvin Gabriel's poem from the 2003 Zero Day, Allison by the Pixies, and Bonfire by Childish Gambino. I had a lot of fun rearranging the words to Bonfire, clearly. I also absolutely adore Allison by the Pixies. It is one of my favorite songs by them, and definetely one of their more underated songs. I had a lot of fun transcribing parts of the song, and I had a lot of fun building some of the synths. As per usual, I had so so so so much fun cutting up the drums, even if it gets rather tedious at times. When I finished this song, I remember I was so happy and proud of myself. I sent the song to many of my friends and I am still very proud of it. The day I showed this song to my friends I also cosplayed Keisuke from Togainu No Chi. It was very fun. Originally the cover for this song included Calvin Gabriel, BUT i really don't want to touch Zero Day with a 50 foot pole. that is about all of my commentary. i hope you enjoy this song as much as i enjoyed making it.

this song was made on March 20th of 2026. it was made as a shitpost but also to practice with breaks and chopping/pitching samples. it was made with a very dear friend in mind. this song was fun to make. i might have spent more time making the cover than actually making the song.

dazai takes wellbutrin was... something for sure! it was made on April 17th. originally, it was made because i didn't have enough chuuya nakahara voicelines downloaded that i could work with. but somehow, i ended up having some dazai lines i liked. this song doesn't really samples anything other than the character Dazai Osamu from Bungou Stray Dogs. It samples both his dub and sub voice actors, Kaiji Tang and Mamoru Miyano. it samples the Sonic 3 "Come on" sound effect. i do not talk about it much but i am a huge sonic nerd, and i will always find a way to sneak references in my music. i did sample and chop up some stock sounds as well but that doesn't quite count. i wasn't really inspired by any particular artists while making this, but near the end i found myself relating my song to Cynthoni/Sewerslvt quite a bit. at some point in the song, i tried to sample Sugar by System of A Down, but it didn't work out. this song went through a lot of name changes. it started being dazairock, then changed to dazai does adderall, then to dazai does wellbutrin. this has a lot to do with my deterriorating mental state while making the song. dazairock was going to be for my "rinrock" album, but i am now unsure if its something i want to include, or if the album is something i want to make at all. multiple times while in the making of this song though, i would be extremely under the influence of a certain substance. i was absolutely suffering. and i decided to put all that energy into making something good. i felt as though i was suffering and hated my life, but i still felt compelled to make music and i was motivated and inspired and even excited to do so. i distracted myself from my head by making this song and it worked. and i came out with a product i really enjoyed. this song really helped me in ways i can't quite describe. i still very much struggle with substance abuse problems, but having an outlet at least makes me feel a little less bad about it. during the making of this song, i experimented with a lot of effects and stuff on LogicPro that i hadn't know how to use before, and i'm happy i did. the song came out with a very airy almost dreamy vibe that i really enjoyed. the cover for dazairock was very inspired by 2020 glitchcore images as well as adult swim. I am very proud of how this song turned out, and still consider it one of my best songs. i hope you enjoy this song as much as i enjoyed making it.

super awesome rainbow heaven is a remix of One Room Sugar Life by Akari Nanawo. Also known as the Happy Sugar Life intro. can you tell i REAAALLLLLY like happy sugar life? apparently the song is also arranged by famous vocaloid producer NayutalieN. So thats a cool funfact. Yeah. This was mostly just practice with chopping up songs, but I also transcribed some of it. I am very not proud of how this turned out. But i think its mostly fine. theres just one small detail that i dont like that i cant unhear, but the rest is completely fine. this one detail sticks out like a sore thumb for me but probably isn't noticeable to anyone but me. so i won't mention what it is since its definetely not noticeable. or at the very least not noticeable as a mistake, haha. this song also samples one of Satou's voicelines. theres really not all that much to say about this one. the cover was fun to make, i was inspired by those Frutiger Metro aesthetics and also those "indie kid" aesthetics from like 2021. I was still sort of inspired by glitch art, but I definetely took more personal liberties on this one. i would have a lot more to say about this track if it wasn't just a remix to be honest. i hope you enjoy this song as much as i enjoyed making it.

i have a very love hate relationship with this song. i decided to go back to my roots and make a (sort of) chiptune song. Looooots of synths. i learned i love to include chiptune elements, but not way too much or i find it boring. i also learned that i get bored with drums really easily, which makes sense with how much breakcore ive been making. this song was supposed to be a representation of how my bpd felt. the title "i feel a lot of nothing" is supposed to go with that too. because i feel a lot, very often. i also feel nothing quite often too. after every chorus i had the tempo increase by quite a bit. this was to build pressure (i wouldn't quite say suspense) and to also highlight the lack of control that BPD has on someone. i feel like i talk and lash out much faster than i can think, and i feel like my emotions build up quicker than any coping mechanism can help. and sometimes i just feel the sudden urge to scream and rip my skin off. but more importantly. i thought it sounded cool!!!! this song is also how i learned that i will incorporate screaming into my song as much as i possibly can, whenever i can. the only sample in this song thats not just phone sounds is Shinji Ikari's scream from The End Of Evangelion, and Asuka Soryu Langely's scream from Neon Genesis Evangelion. I thought the screaming was very needed to the track. It felt boring and not chaotic enough. because everything i make needs to be chaotic, from my website to my art to my music, its just how i roll. the screams also helped add some sort of desperation. asuka is one of my favorite characters so i was happy to sample her awesome scream. near the end i layered both of their screams at the same time because i thought it would sound like shit and then it didn't so i kept it. i think its interesting that it wasnt completely dissonant.this song took a lot of effort, especially since i didnt really know where i was going with it while making it. i originally was super disappointed in it, but its grown on me quite a lot becoming one of my favorite things i've written. originally this song was going to be sung using the UTAU Acme Iku, but I decided against that. I think this sounds better as it is. I also learned very quickly how insanely hard and tedious it is to make her sing in English. On the other hand have a related song that might include Acme Iku being brewed up. Or Teto. We will see!! I definetely wanted this song to be more emotional but not too much, yknow? like vaguely emotional. i had a lot of fun doing all the small little details, especially the dozens of different phone sounds. i did have trouble with the drums, but eventually made it work. my main issue with the song is that it sounds too polished. The song was originally going to actually be named "With a pile of scalps at my feet I felt a sort of ecstasy." That was the original text of the manga panel in the cover and I really liked it for one reason or another. I decided it was a bit of a mouthfull and far too violent for this one song then changed it to Jimsom Weed. I then came to the conclusion that didn't fit either. So I made the name "i feel a lot of nothing." i would tweak it in certain ways if i made it now, but im happy with it as it is. the track cover is from the manga Kami no Kodomo. It has basically nothing to do with the subject matter of the song. I really like the character and manga and wanted to use it as a cover for a song. I found him very interesting. I was inspired by Soundcloud track cover I saw when I was little with just a manga panel and the track would be some vocaloid song reuploaded. I was also inspired by Saya No Uta when editing the pile of scalps. I went through a lot of hoops to learn how to datamosh images, only to end up not liking how it ended up and only using part of the created image.
